Lauren Kozub, MHC
Psychotherapist
I have been working to serve the community in various social and behavioral support roles since 2014. I have held the role of mental health counselor for over 2 years. I have a bachelors degree in psychology from Buffalo state college and a masters degree in mental health counseling from st Bonaventure university.
My background is in community mental health. I have experience providing therapy to ages 13 and up for a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions.
Every person deserves a safe environment to explore and express themselves. I strive to provide trauma informed and person centered care to each person I work with. I believe therapy to be a collaborative process where we work alongside each other to reach identified goals utilizing evidenced based practices.
