Samantha Arcara, LCSW
Psychotherapist
I have been working in the mental health field for over 8 years within vocational and therapeutic roles. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Buffalo and more recently completed my 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher training through HealBuffalo.
Specializing in trauma therapy, I have worked with a wide range of individuals and families, including refugees and immigrants. Through my work in community mental health, I am honored to be able to connect with so many people in different walks of life.
I believe that the unique experiences of our lives play a crucial role in shaping who we are and I hope to help my clients better understand themselves and their emotions and achieve the goals that are important to each individual that I work with.
